Our General Services cover a wide range of tasks not included in our regular service offerings. These services are start at a rate of $25 per hour, with charges applied in full-hour increments. Any time exceeding the hour will be rounded up to the next hour, with no exceptions to this policy. This ensures a clear and straightforward billing process, providing you with the flexibility to access the technical support you need.
